Prince Fredrick, MD — A seatbelt stop lead Calvert County Sheriff’s Office to find a man to be in the possession of cocaine, July 10.
The police report reads that a deputy was traveling in the area of MD Rt. 4 and Church Street, in Prince Frederick, and “observed a passenger riding in a vehicle unrestrained.”
A traffic stop was initiated and the deputy discovered Michael Doerk, Jr., 22, of Chesapeake Beach, to be in possession of cocaine, according to the report.
He was transported to the Detention Center and charged with CDS Possession of Cocaine.
