On March 3, at 10:47 p.m., Mishealah Kathleen McBride, 20 of California and Nicholas Anthony J. Simonetta, 25 of Leonardtown, were arrested by TFC C. M. Evans for Possession of Marijuana and CDS Paraphernalia.
TFC Evans initiated a traffic stop on a silver Toyota Camry on Three Notch Road, in the area of Airport Road in California. A routine NCIC and MVA checks were made on both McBride and the passenger, Simonetta. NCIC revealed there was an active warrant through the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office on Simonetta and he was taken into custody.
McBride was found to be in possession of multi-colored CDS smoking device containing Marijuana and a grinder with Marijuana was also found in the vehicle. McBride was taken into custody and both were transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where they were both charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
They were both held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
