Calvert County DFC Mark Robshaw conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Jan. 31 at 11:45 p.m. on Md. Rt. 4 at the Thomas Johnson Bridge in Solomons.
He arrested the driver, Matthew Paul Eurice, 18 of Middle River, Md., and charged him with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, a plastic baggie.
