Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack TFC E. Mersman initiated a traffic stop on September 3rd on a maroon SUV on Market Drive and Golden Beach Road.
A search of the vehicle and occupants was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS. The passenger, Ashley N. Swann, 28, of Waldorf, was arrested and charged with CDS Possession – Crack Cocaine, CDS Possession – Marijuana, and CDS Possession – Paraphernalia.
She was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
