On Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at 11:11 pm, TFC Grimes initiated a traffic stop on a gold Plymouth van on Indian Bridge Road in California for exceeding the posted speed limit.
Contact was made with the driver, Jeffrey Brandon Judge, 18, of Hollywood. A strong odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from the vehicle.
During the course of the traffic stop, Mr. Judge was found to be in possession of four CDS smoking devices.
He was arrested for possession of CDS paraphernalia and was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
