On June 10 at 4:14 p.m., Dep. S. Rediker conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Dares Beach Road near Wilson Road in Prince Frederick.
He found the driver, Brandon I. Boekhout, 29, of Lusby, to be in possession of suspected drugs.
Boekhout was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in sufficient quantity to indicate intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia; a glass smoking device.
