Traffic stop leads to CDS possession in St. Leonard

St. Leonard, MD— On Nov. 11, Dep. R. Evans conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of St. Leonard Road and Woods Road, in St. Leonard, on a vehicle traveling with a brake light out.  

Evans immediately recognized the odor of raw marijuana coming from the vehicle.  He determined the front passenger, Tracie Hillard, 31, of Lusby, was in possession of 27 grams of Marijuana, a glass smoking device and rolling papers. 

Hillard was transported to the Detention Center and charged with CDS Possession of 10+ grams of marijuana.
