On June 21, St. Mary’s County Dfc. LaBrack served Brandon Wayne Danchack, 25 of no fixed address, with a notice not to trespass on the property of Cole Travel located on South Shangri-La Drive in Lexington Park.
On June 22, Dfc. LaBrack responded to Cole Travel, South Shangri-La Drive in Lexington Park,for a report of a trespasser. Brandon Danchack had returned to the property.
Dfc. LaBrack arrested Danchack and charged him with trespassing.
