At 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 29, TFC T. Quade responded to Locust Street, Piney Point, for a reported trespassing.
Investigation revealed that Mark Richard Jones, 49, of Piney Point, had removed three “No Trespassing” signs from a pole and threw them into the victim’s yard. Mr. Jones had been served with a no trespassing notice prior to this incident.
Jones was arrested and charged with Trespassing. He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond hearing.
