In July of 2005, Robin Ann Laabs, 38 of Lexington Park, was issued a No Trespassing Notice for the properties owned by Cherry Cove Land Development including the properties located at Lord Calvert Trailer Park.
On February 9, 2010, Laabs was located attempting to flee a residence on Winding Way in Lexington Park.
Laabs was arrested and charged with trespassing
