Maryland State Police TFC E. Evans on Sunday, October 6 at 1:56 a.m. conducted a traffic stop on a blue pick-up truck for a minor traffic infraction. The driver, Eric William Tayman, 23, of Mechanicsville, admitted to being in possession of CDS, Heroin.
A search was conducted and the suspected Heroin was located within the vehicle Tayman was operating. Tayman was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s CountyDetentionCenter. He was charged accordingly and was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
