Trooper Said Knife Wielding Woman Came at Him

At 11:09 a.m. Oct. 8, TFC Van Bennekum responded to 45000 block of Poteat Court, California, for a reported assault.

Contact was made with the subjects at the residence, who indicated they did not know why the police were called.

While talking to those subjects the victim arrived. The victim began arguing with Alisha Marie Marshall, 19, of California.

Marshall then produced an 8-inch knife and approached the victim and TFC Van Bennekum, the trooper reports.

Marshall refused to drop the knife when so ordered. She was subsequently arrested, charged with assault and taken to the detention center and held pending a bond review.
