No one was injured on Saturday afternoon when a truck pulling a boat trailer slammed into a guardrail on northbound Route 4 near Ponds Woods Road in Huntingtown. The report indicates that the boat trailer’s tire blew out and with the weather condition they lost control and hit the guardrail. The mishap occurred at approximately 2:48 p.m.
No one was hurt with three people in the truck.
The Route 4 north left lane was closed until the truck and trailer could be removed. This took about 40 minutes.
