Noah Asiah Bell
On August 22 at 6:33 p.m., Cpl. T. Yates was on bike patrol in the 2000 block of St. Thomas Drive in Waldorf when he observed several suspects smoking what appeared to be marijuana.
The suspects fled upon being detected but were detained by officers who were nearby.
Officers found 15 baggies of marijuana on one person and 16 baggies of marijuana on another suspect.
Noah Asiah Bell, 18, of Waldorf, and a 17-year-old male were charged with possession of illegal drugs with the intent to distribute. Officer S. Hooper made the arrest.
