Update March 29:
Malcolm Elementary School will open tomorrow, Monday, March 30, for a full day of instruction.
Maintenance staff worked over the weekend to have a 6,000-gallon tanker connected to Malcolm in order to pump water to the school. Additionally, staff has supplied Malcolm with bottled water and cups for drinking water.
Waldorf, MD – Malcolm Elementary School, 14760 Poplar Hill Road, Waldorf will be closed Friday, March 27, due to problems with the school’s well.
The school will be closed for both students and staff.
