Update: Leonardtown fire and EMS responded to Fairgrounds and St. Andrews Church Road for the report of a motor vehicle accident early Sunday morning.
Arriving personal found a single vehicle off the road into trees on the eastbound side of St. Andrews Church Road.
One occupant was transported to MedStar St. Mary’s Hopsital while Maryland State Police remained on the scene.
Police are on the scene of an accident Sunday morning on St. Andrews Church Road (Route 4) at the Fairgrounds Road intersection in Leonardtown. We have a rpeorter on the scene and will have more ifnromation as soon as it is available.
