Advisory: The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is receiving reports of flooding due to the incoming tide in the area of Route 249 and St. George’s Island.
The National Weather Service has issued a coastal flood warning for St. Mary’s and Calvert counties in effect now until midnight Sunday night. Tidal anomaly will be around two and a half feet above normal. Timing will be several hours around each high tide through Sunday evening.
