On 2/18/12 at 10:58 am, Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 near Yellow Bank Rd. in Dunkirk for traffic violations. A search of the vehicle revealed Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Garland K. Turner, Jr., 19 of Luray, VA, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
