On Saturday, September 25, 2005 at 11:28 am TFC S. Van Bennekum responded to San Souci Plaza, California, for a reported Malicious Destruction of Property.
The victim advised that while his vehicle was parked at San Souci Plaza on September 24, 2005 between 10 pm and 11:45 pm someone punctured holes in both of his vehicles front tires. Investigation is continuing.
