UPDATE 8:30 p.m.
Mechanicsville, MD – Authorities in St. Mary’s County have clarified that only one vehicle was involved in a collision Monday evening, Jan. 29 on Three Notch Road in the area of Thompson Corner Road. One motorist was injured when the vehicle (pictured) collided with a fence. The injured motorist was transported to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital. A police report on the incident is pending.

Mechanicsville, MD – A motor vehicle collision was reported at approximately 7:15 p.m. on Three Notch Road and Thompson Corner Road in front of a store. Crews on the scene report both vehicles are currently located in a parking lot and at least one injury is reported as a result of the incident.
