Vice Narcotics Detectives began an investigation into the possible production of methamphetamines being conducted at a location in the Mechanicsville area of St. Mary’s County. A Search and Seizure Warrant was obtained and with the assistance of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Team, was executed. Recovered were eight separate methamphetamine “One Pot” labs, finished product in various stages of the process and related paraphernalia. Arrested on the scene was Aliesha Lynn Carver (Age 28 of Mechanicsville), Billy Wayne Ammons (Age 39 of Mechanicsville) and Cynthia Ann Hutchens (Age 31 of Mechanicsville). Additional arrests are expected. The extensive collection and clean up was paid for through our partnership with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). The waste and materials were recovered by the Weavertown Environmental Group.
