A 16 year old male from Lexington Park was arrested for Assault Second Degree. The 11 year old victim was inside a California store playing a video game when the suspect struck him in the back of the head.
The victim and suspect do not know one and other.
The suspect was processed by Deputy Joseph Labrack and released to a guardian.
