On May 15, Cpl. J. Logalbo responded to Wal-Mart for a report of a theft.
Investigation revealed Jacqueline Marie Harris, 23 of Scotland, placed make-up and clothing in her purse and walked past all point of payment, attempted to leave the store without paying for the items.
Harris was arrested and charged with theft.
