WALDORF, Md. – On August 7, officers responded to the 2200 block of Old Washington Road in Waldorf to serve an arrest warrant.
While serving the warrant, officers observed a large amount of marijuana. A search warrant was obtained, and officers recovered the marijuana and a 9mm handgun.
Preston Eugene Harvey, 20, of Waldorf, was charged with possession with intent to distribute illegal drugs and illegal possession of a regulated firearm.
