LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On March 16, Cpl. Carberry conducted a traffic stop in the 29000 block of Three Notch Road in Mechanicsville.
The operator of the vehicle Robert Mark Hirschberg, age 40, of Waldorf, was placed under arrest for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol Per Se, and Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol. Brass knuckles were located on Hirshberg’s person during his arrest; Hirshberg was also charged with Dangerous Weapon-Conceal. CASE# 14097-18
