Two women were arrested during an attempt to obtain a prescription by fraud at the Walgreen’s drug store in Prince Frederick on June 26.
Dep. Nicholas DeFelice arrested Jennifer Lynn Peacock, 37 of Waldorf, while attempting to purchase Oxycotin. Dep. DeFelice found a glass pipe used to inhale controlled dangerous substances on Ms. Peacock’s person.
She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of a prescription pad, attempting to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by forgery of a prescription and obstructing and hindering a police officer
