An arrest warrant has been issued and the search continues for Michael Thomas Collins, Jr, 24 of Waldorf, a whitle male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 150 lbs., brown eyes and brown hair. The District Court Commissioner’s Office is charging Collins with First- Degree Escape after Collins walked away from an In-Patient counseling center in Charlotte Hall.
Collins was sentenced to 18 months in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center reference a Probation Violation resulting from a Second-Degree Assault conviction. Collins was last observed wearing a black shirt with fleece lining and blue jeans.
