On November 19, 2010 deputies responded to Horseshoe Road in Clements, Md., to attempt to locate Nicholas Scott Ringleman, 31 of Friendship, who was wanted by Talbot County, Maryland for violation of a court order.
Deputies located Ringleman at a private residence and arrested him. Ringleman was in possession of 2002 Ford E-250 Econoline Van which, along with a set of Maryland registration plates which had been reported stolen in Anne Arundel County on November 18, 2010.
Ringleman was arrested on the open warrant and charged additionally with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and theft less then $100.00.
