St. Mary’s Sheriff Deputy Russell responded to a Leonardtown Motel for the report of a wanted subject in a room.
Deputy Russell found that there was someone inside the room that would not answer. The room was entered and the wanted subject, Robert Maurice Scriber, 33 of no fixed address, was found hiding in the bathroom.
After a brief struggle, he was taken into custody.
A search incident to arrest revealed a quantity of ecstasy, cocaine and marijuana. Additional CDS charges were placed on the suspect.
