On Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at 11:13 a.m., The suspect picked up the victim’s cell phone from the counter of the Fastop Convenience Store located at 23952 Point Lookout Rd, Leonardtown, Maryland. The suspect placed the phone in the pocket of his black shorts and left the store.
