At 1:15 p.m. Aug. 25, Marlo Alexander Aguirre, 24, of California was arrested by TFC Quade on a Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on Aug. 8, 2007. Charges were driving a motor vehicle without the required license and authorization. Aguirre was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
At 11:27 a.m. Aug. 24, Eugene James Warren, Jr., 39, of Forestville was arrested by Tpr. Pilkerton on a Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on October 12, 2004. Charges were driving while license was suspended. Warren was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review.
At 11:40 p.m. Aug. 23, Benjamin Francis Stein, 19, of Mechanicsville was arrested by TFC Linger on a Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on August 1, 2007. Charges were driving while license was suspended. Stein was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review.
At 2 p.m. Aug. 15, TFC Rossignol served two Arrest Warrants on Paul Unkle, 31 of Leonardtown. The charges were for Escapee / Failing to report to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center as ordered by the Court.
Unkle was in custody in Florida and was extradited back to St. Mary’s County to complete his sentencing for second-degree Assault.
At 8:30 p.m. Aug. 15, Tpr. Brill served a Circuit Court Warrant on Lawrence Joseph Somerville, 47, of Clements. The warrant was served on Somerville at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center for Possession of Cocaine.
At 8:30 p.m. Aug. 15, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant on Kevin Bryan Wright, 23, of California. Wright failed to appear in District Court in Leonardtown earlier this date. He was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
At 8:30 p.m. Aug. 15, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant on Christopher Wayne Standen, 20, of California. The warrant was served on Standen as a result of his failure to pay fines on prior marijuana possession charges. He is being held in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
