At 2:14 p.m. June 18, TFC T. Quade of the Leonardtown trooper barrack arrested Dovid Elias Kanfee, 20, of Olney, while working in plain clothes at Budds Creek Maryland Super Cross Track.
Kanfee was charged with possession of marijuana after he was observed smoking a hand rolled cigarette containing marijuana.
Kanfee was taken to the detention center and held pending a bond review.
