Deputy Joseph Windsor conducted a traffic stop May 15 at 10:54 p.m. Upon making contact with the vehicle and its’ three occupants, he detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana.
The occupants were asked to exit the vehicle so a search could be conducted. During that search, two baggies containing suspected marijuana were found.
A passenger of the vehicle, Francis L. Bishop, 22 of Prince Frederick, stated that the suspected marijuana was his and he was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
