On Saturday, October 15th, 2005 at 4:00 pm, TFC A. Rossignol responded to North Essex Drive, Lexington Park, for a reported domestic assault.
The victim advised that she and her husband, Ray Jeffrey Burtis, 44, was arguing over lawn equipment when he pushed her into their van. The victim sustained scratches on her shins and refused medical attention.
Mr. Burtis was arrested and charged with assault. He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending bond review.
