On April 25, 2015, at 10:30 AM, Deputy Muschette responded to a residence in the 46000 block of Valley Court, for a domestic disturbance. The victim alleged suspect Robin Nicole Battle, age 32, of Lexington Park, struck the victim in the face and scratched the victim’s neck during an argument over an electric blanket. The victim had visible injuries. Battle was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. She was charged with 2nd Degree Assault.
At approximately 1:40 PM, Corporal Rogers returned to the Valley Court address for another reported assault. The victim alleged suspect Robin Nicole Battle returned home from the previous incident and threw bleach on the victim and the victim’s clothing. Battle was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. She was charged with 2nd Degree Assault.
