On Sept 22 at 6:10 p.m., officers responded to Jameson Court in Indian Head for report of an assault.
Investigation revealed the suspect, Shanae Nicole Matthews, 23 of Indian Head, went to the victim’s house, entered without permission and assaulted a 45-year-old woman.
Matthews was arrested on the scene and charged with third-degree burglary and assault.
Officer M. Bourgeois made the arrest.
