Deputy Brian Connelly responded to the reported domestic dispute at a Piney Point home.
Suspect Eric Justin Eley (Age 35 of Piney Point) was found to have assaulted the victim and destroyed all of the windows of her vehicle.
Suspect Eley was intoxicated and attempted to flee. He was apprehended hiding behind an out building.
He was arrested and charged with Assault Second Degree and Property Destruction.
