On April 8, 2015, Deputy Kevin Molitor met with a victim at Sheriff’s Office Headquarters in Leonardtown.
The victim alleged suspect Janet Ann Bender, age 59, of Lexington Park, sprayed the victim in the face with air freshener and tried to hit the victim with a bottle during an argument. Bender was located and placed under arrest.
She was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with 2nd Degree Assault.
