Woman charged with assault after allegedly biting victim

St. Mary’s County Corporal O’ Connor responded to a residence in California on February 22 for a domestic assault.

The victim alleged suspect Jamie Leigh Bollen, 34, of California, began assaulting the victim as the victim attempted to help Bollen out of the vehicle.

Bollen bit the victim during the assault. Corporal O’Connor observed fresh evidence of injury on the victim. Bollen was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.

She was charged with 2nd Degree Assault.
