LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On October 24, 2018, Cpl. Foor responded to the 2500 block of Elderberry Way in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Kailin Marie Lacroix, age 26 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim during an argument by biting the victim; the victim displayed visible injury from the assault. Lacroix was arrested and transported the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center where she proceeded to destroy a mattress in the holding cell. Lacroix was charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property. CASE# 57065-18
