Deputy Kerby was traveling on McIntosh Road near Burnt Mill Road on July 8, when he saw a vehicle that had hit a tree.
The female operator was located at a nearby residence with a head injury.
She was flown to Prince George’s Shock Trauma for precautionary measures.
