On Monday, November 30, 2015, at 8:00 a.m., a 71-year-old victim left his wallet on the counter next to the lottery machine inside of Cook’s Liquors and Deli, located at 18400 Point Lookout Road in Park Hall, MD. The suspect took the victim’s wallet from the counter and left the store.
