On January 27, at 8:14 p.m., Trooper Logsdon responded to the 10000 block of McQueen Road in Lusby for a reported burglary.
Three TV’s and various gaming systems and related items were stolen from the victim’s residence. Detectives identified Jeffrey T. Phelps, 20 of Lusby as the suspect and served him with an arrest warrant and a search warrant for his home and vehicle.
Phelps was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
