On February 7, at 11:30 p.m., Trooper Lewis stopped a vehicle at Route 4 and Whispering Drive in Prince Frederick for traffic violations.
The driver, Brian K. Holland, Jr., 22 of Hughesville, was found to be in possession of Cocaine.
Holland was arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
