Just before 10:00 p.m., June 26, Dep. Andrew Clas spotted a suspicious vehicle holding three juveniles in the area of Sea Horse Beach in the Chesapeake Ranch Estates.

Dep. Clas found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. A metal pipe with suspected cocaine residue and an aluminum foil pipe with suspected marijuana residue were recovered. These objects are used to inhale controlled dangerous substances into the body.

Dep. Clas charged a 17-year-old male from Lusby with possession of these objects. The boy was released to his parent.

A sixteen-year-old male and a 14-year-old female both from Lusby were not charged but their parents were contacted.
