On February 24, 2011 at 12:26 p.m., TFC M. J. Pitcher responded to the intersection of Maryland Route 5 and Maryland Route 246 for a reported fight on a school bus.
Upon arrival contact was made with a female complainant, 30, of Lexington Park who advised she observed a female juvenile, 11, of Great Mills assaulting a female victim, 11, of Lexington Park while on the school bus. Based on information provided by all parties involved, the female juvenile was arrested for Second Degree Assault.
The juvenile was released on scene to a guardian pending further action by juvenile services
