CHARLOTTE HALL, Md. -On September 14th at about 9:58 pm, Charles St and Farmland Pl. was shut down due to a serious vehicle accident.
Emergency units reported subjects were freed from entrapment and transported to an area hospital by MSP Trooper 2 with serious injuries.
