On Nov. 22, Deputy First Class Jason Graves investigated a vehicle accident on Three Notch Road and Mohawk Drive in Charlotte Hall.
During the investigation, it was determined Marcus Brandon Perkins, 26 of Waldorf ,was under the influence of alcohol and was arrested. During a search of his person incident to the arrest, Dfc Graves recovered several pills for which Perkins did not have a prescription. The pills were identified to be Percocet which is a schedule II Narcotic.
Perkins was charged with Driving While Impaired by Alcohol and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.
