HELEN, Md. – Today, at approximately 3:44 p.m., police, fire and rescue personnel responded to the reported serious motor vehicle accident on Point Lookout Road in the area of Foley Mattingly Road in Helen.
Crews arrived on the scene and found two vehicles involved in the collision with two subjects trapped. Both patient have been extracted and require advance medical attention. EMS assessing for possible trauma center for advance care. 
MEDEVAC has been requested for both patients. Landing zone has been established at Margaret Brent Middle School.
Use caution in the area, and stay alert for emergency vehicles.
