On May 4 at 8:18 p.m., officers responded to Acton Liquors at 11870 Acton Lane in Waldorf for the report of a robbery.
Investigation revealed the suspect entered the store, displayed a handgun and demanded money. The clerk complied and the suspect fled. The suspect is described as a light skinned, black male wearing a black jacket, a black face mask and blue jeans. The area was searched and the scene was processed for evidence.
